Origins
A nomadic tribe of strange humonoid monsters, Blemmya are the result of interbreeding between a local Nubian tribe and a race of now extinct mythos.
Appearance
Blemmya are taller and more muscular than the average human, but their most distinctive feature is that they have no head. Instead, their face is set into their chest.
Behavior
Despite their appearance, Blemmya behave in mostly the same way that humans do. They are a nomadic people, and migrate all across northern Africa. There have been unsubstantiated reports of Blemmya populations in the Americas and India as well. Despite rumors to the contrary, Blemmya do not eat human flesh. However a splinter tribe, the Anthropophage, is Cannibalistic and has been known to devour humans.
Abilities
Blemmya excel in hunting and foraging in their home of northern Africa. They are stronger and more durable than a normal human. In addition, they have almost unmatched biting strength.
