The Negro D'Agua is a creature with origins in Brazilian mythology, legend and folklore. In particular, accounts of its existence first arose from enslaved Africans brought to Brazil.
Appearence[]
It is said to resemble a bald Black man, lean/athletic to muscular in size, but with patches of scales on his body, fins like a fish on his head, and frog-like webbing on his hands and feet.
It has a particularly disturbing laugh.
Behavior[]
It's a tricky and chaotic creature, which likes to knocks canoes and damage fishing tools.
Abilities[]
He seems to be a very good swimmer, and can breathe underwater. Maybe he had some water powers.
