Origins[]
The Talking Tree is a creature with origins in the mythology, legend and folklore of many different cultures around the globe.
Appearance[]
Talking Trees often have faces reminiscent of old, wizened humanoids.
Behavior[]
Due to their being largely a sessile (immobile) species, Talking Trees tend to be very patient and observant of their surroundings. Furthermore, with age, Talking Trees often accumulate vast amounts of knowledge, particularly about the environment, the order of nature, the turning of weather and of history. They may be willing to bestow such knowledge to those they deem worthy, but one ought not be surprised if that information is cryptic and not readily understood.
