Origins

The Three-Legged Crow is a creature with origins in Asian mythology, legend and folklore; in particular, the mythology, legend and folklore of China, Japan and Korea.

Appearance

The Three-Legged Crow is, ironically, not most easily identified by the presence of its third leg. In addition to the fact that it is a crow, and the presence of its third leg, it is also very large in size. While some are small enough that they can sit (heavily) on a human(oid) shoulder, there are some large enough to stand eye to eye with an adult human(oid).
